Hedypatheia – Table Otto, Kuwait City

A commission mural made for Table Otto restaurant in Kuwait City.

The concept behind the composition is to subtlely remind of the most common actions involving hands during a meal: holding cutlery or picking food.

The central word “hedypatheia”, the greek for “life of gourmand”, is the title of an ancient poem made by Archestratus regarding where to find the best food in the Mediterranean.
